Preguntas frecuentes - b&g Complementos

FAQs

What is b&g jewellery made of?

All of our pieces are made from silver- (10 micras) or gold-plated (1.5 micras) metal alloys. Like any other jewel, the silver on your b&g jewel may tarnish for reasons such as: prolonged exposure to the sun, the pH of your skin or lack of use. Consequently, we recommend that you keep them in a dry and dark place. If your b&g jewel is also made of leather or cotton, remember that it should not be allowed to get wet.

How do I take care of my b&g jewel?

Your b&g jewel is a homage to life and to adventure, so its material is ready to resist until you decide when to stop. However, if your b&g jewel becomes stained, try cleaning it with soap and water, and drying it thoroughly with a cloth. If your b&g jewel contains leather, don't forget to treat it with a moisturising cream.

My b&g jewel has broken. How can I have it repaired?

All of our b&g jewels are covered by a one-year guarantee. If the breakage or degradation of an item is not the result of the improper use thereof, we will be delighted to cover all the expenses so that you can continue to enjoy your jewel.

For repairs, contac shop@bygcomplementos.com and tell us what has happened to your jewel. To commence the repair process, you must send us photographs clearly showing the flaw. We will process the repair of your b&g as quickly as possible so that you can have it back, like new, as soon as possible.
